Tuesday Sessions Restart on Tues 7th May. Meet at 15 18:30pm on the water for 6.45pm
New awards announced at AGM Congratulations to Danny, Robbo and Ray for jointly winning the coaches award, which is a new award for the club. Congratulations also go to Robyn for the Mark Dare junior award, Suzanne for the Mac adult award (Dave Brown and Alex Devenish highly commended), and to Ray for swimmer of the year (Danny runner up) Full AGM minutes are now on our website news page.

Book on Facebook for Thursday Pool sessions Book your place by commenting on the appropriate post on the Adur Canoe Club Facebook wall. We have a limit of 14 boats at the pool so you do need to book to get a place. The booking post usually goes up a week before the session on Thursday evening 10-10.30 and fills up very quickly!
Book on Facebook for Sunday sessions Book your place by commenting on the appropriate post on the Adur Canoe Club Facebook wall. It's fine to just turn up to the session but if you can book - by 9am on the day - it helps the coaches have an idea of how many people to expect. Thanks!

Club Boats
Club boats now have tags on the rack: If you use one make sure it goes back with its tag. If your paddle is in the store room, check for a bit of black gaffer tape stuck on: If there is, please write your name on it (use marker in electric box). Behind the racks are boats that have no known owner; if one's yours let the membership secretary know & pay rack fees. If they are not claimed then they will be used as club boats, sold or dumped. You have been warned. |
